Attendance is an important part of employee management. It can produce positive results or it can wreak havoc in the workplace.
When attendance is undisciplined it breaks down communication, creates tension, and reduces productivity. Handling employee

offense is a verbal warning, second offense should be written including a statement that continued occurrences could be cause
for termination.
